My didactic Unit: "The world around us"


The City


“La ciudad”
Temporalización: Mes de Enero.
Duración: 4 semanas.
Duración de la lección: 30 minutos.

-Introducir acciones que se realizan en la ciudad.
-Introducir los nombres de las diferentes zonas de la ciudad.
-Introducir vocabulario de los elementos que pueden encontrarse en cada zona de la ciudad.
-Reconocer los colores de los objetos.
-Usar el inglés para comunicarse.
-Reforzar el uso de los cuantificadores.
-Introducir los números del 1 al 5.
-Reforzar el uso de los adjetivos de tamaño.

Games:


"Show me"

In this game, children are going to be in a circle, and the teacher is going to distribute a flashcard to each.
When all will have a picture, they will come to the center and imitate the sound or the movements of the animal that they have. The teacher will be say two orders:

- Show me a...
- Who has a...?
- How makes the…?

Then, the flashcard will be exchanged for all to participate.

In the case of to remove children, we won’t do in the first sessions, only when they play several times.


Game "There are three in your group"

In a spacious class, we are going to put music. The children have to move in the class. When the teacher stops the music and says: -there are…in your group!. The children have to form groups with the number of members that the teacher has said.

If any group doesn’t have the number of the members correct, they will be remove of the game.

My tale : Rodolfa the hen.


Rodolfa wasn’t a normal hen. She didn’t to crackle like the rest of hens.
When she wants to crackle, a big noise come out of her mouth.

-“Brrrrrrr”.
The rest of the hens laughted.
-         You aren’t a normal hen- Said the rest of the hens.

Rodolfa was very very sad.

One night a big noise woke up to the hens. Rodolfa also woke up.
It had entered a fox!!!!
All the hens were shouthing very scared. The fox had in the mouth to Faustina hen!!

Rodolfa jumped and she faced to the fox.
She crackled: -“brrrrrr”.

The fox went out running very scared.
Faustina gave the thanks to Rodolfa and said: -You are a very brave hen.

The rest of the hens were applauding and said: -Rodolfa, Rodolfa, Rodolfa.
Now rodolfa was the most popular hen of the henhouse. He was very happy.

To be different also have good things.
